Workout of the week: 10 to 1

Give This a go and in the process smash some fat, build your muscular endurance and increase your anaerobic threshold!

This is a simple concept but can be very difficult if you pick the right exercises!

Pick any two exercises, it doesn’t matter what they are…
For example if you pick,

  • Burpees
  • Pushups

The workout will look like this:

10 Burpees
1 Pushup
9 Burpees
2 Pushups
8 Burpees
3 Pushups
7 Burpees
4 Pushups
6 Burpees
5 Pushups
5 Burpees
6 Pushups
4 Burpees
7 Pushups
3 Burpees
8 Pushups
2 Burpees
9 Pushups
1 Burpee
10 Pushups

Its simple but trust me, its tough!

Make it interesting and challenge yourself, pick 2 exercises and record the time it takes to complete the cycle.
Next time you do it try and beat it.

Once you’ve given it a go post your 2 exercises here and your best time for completing the cycle!
