Try this workout the next time you have only a small window to workout.
It can be done at home, in the gym or anywhere with a square meter of space!
This circuit will hit nearly every muscle in the body while getting the heart rate up to give you a tough workout!
40 x Plank Getups
40 x Mountain Climbers
20 x Squat Jumps
20 x Pushups
40 x Prisoner Get Ups
10 x Pull ups
20 Lunge Jumps
*20 Seconds On 10 Seconds off x 4
For each set you do record the time and try beat it the next time you do the workout.
Rest 1 min and repeat x 2 or more depending on fitness levels.
As always, make sure you challenge yourself!
Remember to you warm up appropriately before starting any workout.
