For this class we let the trainer decide what type of workout they will put you through! If your up for a challenge and don’t like to know whats on the way this one is for you!
When you enter the class your trainer will have your workout planed out for you and you will get stuck in from the word go. They could have you powering through a TRX session, putting powerful combos together in Boxfit, some short sharp Circuits, a 30 minute met con…what ever it is, the choice is theirs!
No matter what the workout we will guide you through the class motivating you the whole way through!
