At ultimate conditioning all athletes are screened and put through a range of power, flexibility, agility, endurance and strength tests before any programs are devised.
This pre assessment of the athlete allows me to properly design a tailor made functional program that is specific to that athlete and their needs. At Ultimate Conditioning we believe that the program should fit the athlete, not that an athlete should fit a generic program.
