Healthy Eating Tip

This is such a simple tip but at the same time SO good!

You can speed up your weight loss and eat much healthier by just doing this.

Eat only foods that have 1 ingredient, I.E Whole foods!

So many of the foods you buy in the shops these days are heavily processed and full of preservatives to make them last longer. Your body finds it harder to digest these foods and not only that but processed foods are known to slow your efforts in fat loss.

Simply put, your dinner plate should be filled with fresh veg, unprocessed meats and a small amount of potatoes, rice or pasta.
Avoid packaged, jarred and factory processed sauces. To add flavour to your dishes add in fresh herbs or spices.

To really help with your goals try sticking to these foods,

  • Eggs
  • Fruit
  • Vegetables
  • Meat
  • Fish
  • Berries
  • Nuts
  • Seeds

Sticking to this 100% of the time is admittedly unrealistic but if you can stick to this rule 80 – 90 % of the time getting to your goal will be made a lot easier.

Next time your shopping, check the back of the lables of the food your buying…when its got a list as long as your arm of ingredients in it, thats not good!
