Chia Seed Pudding (Breakfast Option)

Chia seeds are among the healthiest foods on the planet.

They are loaded with nutrients that can have important benefits for your body and brain.

Chia seeds are among the few trendy “superfoods” that are actually worthy of that term.

 

 

Ingredients:
1/2 mashed banana
220ml milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Raspberries, approx. 10

Blueberries x15
2 tbsp chia seeds

Toppings optional:
More berries!
Raw Cacao nibs (optional)
Honey (I tsp)

Method:
1: Blend banana, milk, berries, vanilla essence

2: Then add the chia seeds, stir or shake in.
3: Pour into a bowl and allow to chill in the fridge. Leave for 2 hours (minimum) or overnight if possible.
4: Add your toppings and enjoy
