HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a 30 minute all out class! From your warm up right through to the last interval of the class we will push you to your max!
By definition HIIT is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
The beauty behind this training is weather you are a gym regular or just new to exercise you can benefit from this type of exercise! You are working for time so weather you get 5 or 50 reps in the allocated time, it makes no difference because you have given your 100% and thats what matters!
